Alpha Scientists in Reproductive Medicine invites you to participate in the scientific program by submitting an abstract to be considered for presentation.

DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: February 12, 2012

The system allows you a maximum of 300 words for your abstract

• NO abstracts submitted on paper will be accepted
• NO faxed abstracts will be accepted
• NO emailed abstracts will be accepted (do not email abstracts to the Alpha office)

All abstracts must be submitted through the electronic online Abstract Submission System.

Submitting an abstract will not automatically register you as a participant in the Conference. Please proceed to the online registration before you submit an abstract.

All individuals who require a visa to enter the UK are urged to begin making travel arrangements and obtaining necessary papers now to attend the meeting. Please also visit the UK Border Agency website.

A letter inviting any individual who wishes to attend may be obtained by request at scientific.secretariat@alphaconference.org (indicating your full mailing address).
The letter does not imply any financial support by Alpha.

All submitters will be informed of their acceptance as oral or poster presentation by March 18, 2012
